Orlando Luis Ortiz Cabrera

Mr. Orlando L. Ortiz is the Managing Partner of Ortiz, Rivera, Rivera & Co., LLC. Also, he is the President of Ortiz, Cabrera Consulting Group, Inc., a company dedicated to the services of bookkeeping, consulting and training in information systems of offices and accountants.
He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration and Accounting concentration from the University of Puerto Rico in 1978. In 1979 he began working for a Puerto Rican firm of Certified Public Accountants. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 1986. In 1987 he was promoted to Audit Manager, since it occupied when decided to establish a firm of Certified Public Accountants.
He has extensive experience in the audit of various types of business and non-profit organizations, such as: construction, manufacturing, retail, distribution companies, condominium associations, municipalities, corporations, colleges and universities, etc.
He has had great exposure to perform consulting at management level, including the area of investments in marketable securities, internal controls and financial planning strategies. Is member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is certified as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Forensic Accountant, also, performs functions of expertise in the General Court.

Ortiz Cabrera is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Consulting Service Division of AICPA, Authorized Reviewer of the Peer Review Program of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and of NAVCA (National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst), in which in which he took all courses of valuation, plus Valuation courses he took at the Institute of Appraisers of Puerto Rico. Mr. Ortiz is certified as Certified Fraud Examiner.

Marco A. Rivera Zúñiga

He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration and Accounting concentration from the University of Puerto Rico in 1991. In 1993, he started his professional career as Internal Auditor of federal programs in one of the municipalities on the island. In 1994 he joined the team of Ortiz, Rivera, Rivera & Co. In 1995 he was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 1997 he became a partner of the firm. Mr. Rivera is the treasurer of Ortiz, Cabrera Consulting Group, Inc. since its inception.
He is regarded as a consultant in the area of government and nonprofit institutions. He is a member of the AICPA and the Association of Government Finance Officers.

Kevin E. Ortiz Cordero
CPA
He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Interamerican Campus, in 2015. In 2015, he began working as an Auditor at Ortiz, Rivera, Rivera & Co., LLC. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2020. He is a member of the AICPA, and in September 2023, he joined the partners of the firm.
